Company Profile Rabindranath Thakur National Youth Council (RTNYC) has been registered under the Public Charitable Trust Act 1882 under section 17 vide Reg. No. IV-00197 working in various fields of Education Programme & training conducted by the State Government & Central Government to approach every sections of the society. RTNYC is also certified by ISO 9001:2008. RTNYC is also registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. Rabindranath Thakur National Youth Council is dedicated to providing the appropriate environment, facilities and guidance for the educational development of individuals, taking into account the manpower needs of the country RTNYC includes more than 200+ .........................................competent staff members and more than 10,000 students and still growing. RTNYC has a dedicated quality control & dev team. The responsibility of the team is to maintain standard of quality of our course curriculum across India. The QC team visit once/twice a year to each centre and check the batch files and takes feedback of students. QC team provides training of new faculties. Research and development is the backbone to the success of RTNYC.

The R & D team comprises of highly experienced & technically skilled faculties to ensure the latest developments in the field of I.T. The R & D team also develops innovative methods of imparting training. The R & D team performs several functions: Develop course content Recruit & groom highly qualified instructors Continuously innovate on teaching techniques, aids & tools Organizing Teacher Quality Maintenance Programmes (TQMP) Develop on line programmes & assignments for practice & self evaluation of students Industry interface for continuous up gradation of course content. RTNYC faculties are full time, qualified and experienced professionals. They are always there to guide the students to understand student psychology, and ease the concepts thus making students learning ventures smooth and easy. The training time in RTNYC is divided into theory and practical sessions. Apart from regular computer sessions, students are allotted unlimited machine time to exercise their minds, boost their creativity and increase their level of curiosity .This builds-up the self confidence of the students and making them confident professionals. RTNYC centres have a well-equipped library with huge stock of Books, Indian and foreign journals and periodicals by which the students can upgrade themselves with latest developments in the IT Industry. RTNYC Centres has latest computer lab. The computer lab contains upgraded systems, networked by the latest network systems. The placement cell of RTNYC is very strong and is responsible for coordinating the placement activities of the students of the institute. Almost all the placement activities are organized and coordinated by the students under the efficient guidance of the faculty.
